2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age required in your country) to use Floviu.

If you are under the legal age required to enter into a contract, you may only use Floviu with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Your Account

4. Using Floviu

Floviu is designed to help you build healthier focus habits through tools such as:

• Focus Timer
• Focus World
• Focus Protection
• Focus Insights
• Focus Soundscapes
• Calendar integrations
• Other productivity features

You agree to use Floviu only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Reverse engineer or copy the software except where permitted by law
• Use Floviu to violate applicable laws

5. Subscriptions

Floviu offers both free and paid subscription plans.

Paid features may include:

• Additional Focus World content
• Advanced Focus Insights
• Enhanced Focus Protection
• Premium features and future additions

6. Billing

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are billed by Apple.

Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are billed by Google.

Payment processing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the respective platform’s policies.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple or Google account settings.

7. Free Trial

Floviu may offer free trials for certain subscription plans.

Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription according to the terms displayed when the trial begins.

Availability of free trials may vary by platform or region.

8. Refunds

Refund requests for subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google Play are handled directly by those platforms.

9. Intellectual Property

Floviu, including its software, design, branding, graphics, animations, Focus World, content, and trademarks, is owned by NEXTGEN CONTENT KFT. or its licensors.

These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Your Content

You retain ownership of any information you create within Floviu, including:

• Task names
• Notes
• Focus sessions
• Ratings
• Reflections

By using the Service, you grant us the limited rights necessary to store, process, and display your content solely for providing the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

11. Privacy

Your use of Floviu is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

12. Availability

We aim to keep Floviu available at all times.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to:

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXTGEN CONTENT KFT. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of Floviu.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for Floviu during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

16. Termination

You may stop using Floviu at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are violated
• Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected
• Required by law

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights available under the laws of your country of residence.
