Floviu uses OpenAI (ChatGPT) to generate personalized Focus Insights. To provide these insights, AI may process information related to your focus sessions, including:

• Soundscapes
• Distraction patterns
• Focus history

This information is used solely to generate personalized recommendations, such as your Focus Formula, Best Focus Window, Focus Quality Score, helpful focus patterns, and personalized recommendations to improve your focus habits.

5.We Never Sell Your Data

Your attention deserves better.

Floviu does not sell your personal information, sell your focus history, build
advertising profiles from your focus sessions, or share your personal focus data with advertisers.

Your information is only used to provide and improve Floviu.

Some of the third-party services used by Floviu may process or store personal data outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Floviu stores your focus sessions and primary application data on servers located within the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).

Certain service providers (such as authentication, payment processing, analytics, crash reporting, and AI services) may process limited personal data outside the EEA. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly remove it.
